Our own honey
Did you know that keeping bees on the roof of a building in the city centre is quite challenging? We originally wanted to enrich our "be green" concept with this idea and implement a project of keeping bees on the roof of our hotel in Karlín, but unfortunately, after considering all the circumstances, we had to abandon our plan.
However, we still want to offer our guests quality domestic food from our countryside. Instead, we work with local beekeepers and support the development of small family businesses that prepare organic products for our guests, such as honey in honeycomb. This is prepared for us by Mr Jíří Peca from a small family beekeeping business in the Highlands.
At the time when honey in honeycomb is available, we use it to enrich our breakfast menu and offer our guests a local product containing many vitamins, enzymes, minerals for our health and the body's defensive ability.
